I was born in Tahiti in 1969. I started bodysurfing with my parents at the age of 5 and I've been surfing since 1979 now.

My career as professional surfer:
- 1984 champion de Tahiti (under the age of 16)
- 1985, Champion of France
- 2 times finalist junior devision, 1987
- 1991, starting the longboard division (Champion of Tahiti)
- World champion ISA Tour 1994 in Brasil (longboard)
- 3rd place in the world ASP Tour, 1995
- First place at the Biarritz Festival, 1996
- 6 times European Champion 1994-2001, 2007
- Many times Champion of Tahiti (Longboard)
- First place Oceania Cup Samoa Islands, 2006
- South Pacific Champion, 2007
- Champion of Tahiti, 2009

California, Costa Rica, Spain, England, Portugal, Hawaii
Many other competitions around the world to come.

In 2001, I have acquired the first level national sports instructor's certificate in surfing.

In 2007, I was admitted to the specific part of the second level national sports instructor's certificate in surfing and the common core part is in preparation.

I am the coach for the tahitian selection (16 -18 years) for physical and technical preparation.
